Shipping

Please note, the prices listed on the UkrainianColors.com web site DO NOT include Shipping and Handling fee.
UkrainianColors.com uses a Table Rate method for calculating Shipping and Handling fee. That means that the Shipping and Handling fee is based on the value of your order. Please see the Shipping Rates below.
We use the Canada Post Registered Mail Service for the delivery of the products purchased from UkrainianColors.com. This service includes Coverage as well as allows a convenient, on-line tracking of your order. Ukrainian Colors-Pysanka has no influence or control over the actions of Canada Post and therefore is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience that you may experience as a result of postal service, as described in our Conditions of Use policy.

Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to be processed and delivered within Canada.

Our U.S. customers, please allow 7-14 business days for the processing and delivery of your order.

Shipments oversees can be arranged through special orders by contacting us at customerservice@ukrainiancolors.com, or calling us directly at 780-456-5196. Special shipping rates will apply and will be confirmed upon order submission, based on the weight, dimentions and a chosen method of shipment. Customs and Duty fees may apply, and are payable during the order pick-up. We recommend you check for rules and regulations of your particular country to avoid unexpected expenses, as Ukrainian Colors-Pysanka is not responsible, nor has any influence over such fees.

Shipping Rates

For orders within Edmonton, Alberta over $100, the shipping fee is waived.

For all other areas within Canada:

For International Orders - We will contact you and provide you with a shipping rate.

Returns

At Ukrainian Colors-Pysanka, we do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the products we offer. For that reason we offer a simple 30 days satisfaction guarantee returns policy. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at customerservice@ukrainiancolors.com to arrange for a return or exchange. We will not process refunds of items returned without authorization.

A full value refund will be granted on all unused items, provided they are in their original condition, less Shipping and Handling fee.

Shipping and Handling fee will be refunded only if the return is the result of an error.
